e-Bible
Sometimes known as document bibles, e-bibles are a means converting large volumes of documents into an organized structure of electronic files with an index.
How e-file creates an e-bible:

The instructing solicitor simply provides e-file with the documents ‘as is’ and e-file and the solicitor agree on an indexing (naming) convention for the documents.

E-file converts the documents into PDF files and names them according to the agreed naming convention.

E-file creates an excel spreadsheet that lists all the file names and hyperlinks them to allow for fast and easy review from the spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet can then be used as the ‘list of discovered documents’ by adding ‘description’ and ‘date’ information.

The spreadsheet can then be sorted and filtered to create a sub-set of documents or to assist with the documents review process.
