Objective Coding

Objective Coding is the process by which experienced document coders extract relevant data from the document and enter it into a database. E-file uses their own proprietary software platform which can be customized to match client requirements.

The standard database fields that are captured include:

• Document ID
• Document Type
• Document Title
• Document Date
• Estimate Date
• Author
• Author Organisation
• Recipient (s)
• Recipient Organisation
• Annotations

Data is compiled on an in-house SQL server and supplied in load files to match the client’s import format.
