Strategy, Execution and Results

e-file developed a system that would take care of a substantial part of the administration of the case and simplify the process by providing litigation support services that would increase our client’s productive work time.

The process was implemented by delimiting paper documents, reorganising and indexing them appropriately. Documents were copied and relevant files duplicated and bound. Paper documents were scanned and converted into various electronic formats such as Microsoft Word, -Excel and Adobe PDF documents that could readily be accessed through the firm’s database. Paper documents were also scanned and converted into text searchable electronic formats through e-file’s Optical Character Recognition Technology, and were uploaded to the database. To increase the efficiency of the Butlers electronic database, e-file created an electronic indexing system that significantly reduced the time spent sourcing relevant documentation.

Through the strategic management and implementation e-file’s litigation support services, e-file has been able to assist Butlers in preparing, producing and managing substantial amounts of documentation within strict deadlines, delivering a cost effective and efficient solution for our client.
